    My experience was frustrating from the start. The entire staff seemed rude and unhelpful. The communication was poor, and we felt completely ignored about important events like the New Year's buffet gala dinner that we had paid for in advance. When we finally got a table, I had to raise my voice to be heard. I have never faced such appalling service in any hotel, especially not one that claims to be luxurious.

    Had a perfect 10/10 stay for great services at the lobby level and breakfast time, everything was lovely. The staff was patient, the room was top-notch with the bed behind curtain, rich ambience, for example. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend, enjoyed it.

    The breakfast was outstanding with various cakes and local cuisines, as example, and the team was fast and kept the space fairly clean. I had the deluxe king guest room which was well cleaned with rich ambience. The location was favourable, relatively close to a state-of-the-art air-con mall.

    I gotta say, the food was top-tier, especially the pastries, those croissants were something else, a real treat after a long day. The staff was something special too, like that one guy at the front desk, always smiling, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but you know what, it felt worth it.

    excellent stay but minor room issue

    The food offerings were very nice, especially the variety of pastries that delighted my taste buds. The convenient buggy service to the nearby mall made shopping stress-free and enjoyable.

    The room had a slight smell of cleaning products which lingered a bit longer than I expected.

    The staff treated us like family. Special shoutout to the kitchen team for the good meals on tough days.
